Refund Policy

We at Chill at Hill value our guests and strive to provide the best experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms for cancellations, changes, and refunds when booking with us through chillathill.in or directly at the property.

1. Cancellations by Guests

  • Free Cancellation: Reservations cancelled 7 days before check-in (by 12:00 PM Standard Time) will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3–6 days before check-in (by 12:00 PM Standard Time) will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in (after 12:00 PM Standard Time) or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Early Check-out

If you choose to leave earlier than your booked stay, unused nights will not be refunded.

3. Booking Modifications

  • Date changes may be allowed depending on availability.

  • Rate differences (if any) must be paid by the guest.

  • A modification fee may apply.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).

  • Online payments made via Razorpay (or your payment gateway) will follow their standard refund timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional, last-minute, or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be provided.

6. Cancellations by Hotel

In rare cases (e.g., overbooking, operational issues, government restrictions), Chill at Hill reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
If this happens, you will receive:

  • A full refund, OR

  • The option to reschedule your stay at no extra cost.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds in case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). However, we may offer rescheduling as a gesture of goodwill.
